First off, I had initial concerns about buying a bedroom set off of Amazon. Mainly, I want to see and feel the furniture to get a better visualization of how it will look in my bedroom. However, I took advantage of Prime Day to purchase this set and gambled on it hoping that I wouldn't compromise quality for savings. I understand that bedroom sets can be x2-x7 this price, but a $2K purchase is still a big deal for a requires a lot of thought before pulling the trigger. Here are the Pros & Cons:Pros:- majority of the bedroom set was already assembled, and I just needed to assemble the bed frame.- for the most part, furniture is of solid construction and looks great- unpack and assembly is fairly easy (but requires two people)- great price point for a full king size bedroom set- seller has very quick and courteous customer service, this was the best feature IMOCons:- Regarding the headboard, I was expecting the slats to be thicker/more sturdy. Not a deal breaker, but hard to tell when purchasing online.- For the king size white bedroom set, shipping was not free- FedEx didn't delivery all items at once, which confused me (not the sellers fault)- One item was damaged in delivery, but the seller dealt with it promptly and to my satisfaction (not the sellers fault)Overall, most of the Cons were shipping related, which is not the sellers fault. The customer service was amazing and they took care of me. This bedroom set is solid and I am happy with this purchase, and would recommend this seller to friends and family.Experienced problems with delivery (FedEx dumped the items on a lower entryway and I had to pay someone to assist me with carrying it up stairs to my apartment level), but not seller's fault. Items look good and are functional, and in my inexpert opinion, a good value for the price (set up was fairly easy, although the bed took a bit of work). Importantly, two drawers were damaged during delivery (cracked), and upon contacting seller, seller replaced with no problem once I provided photos of damage. All-in-all, a good set and a good experience.
