The overall aesthetics of the dresser is great - the picture is deceiving because the finish is actually darker than what is shown (which worked out well for me). The quality of the dresser is just okay - pulling the drawers in and out, you can tell it is not the highest quality dresser, but you can't beat what you get for the price I got it for. Customer service, at first, was terrible. I was expecting the dresser to arrive during a certain week, and I got it late. On top of that, the company insisted that my contact number was wrong on my Amazon account (if it was wrong, then how is it that other companies linked to Amazon could call me???). Once they knew I was upset, they did follow up a few times to make sure that everything arrived safe and sound. I give it overall 3 stars because of the shipping. When it reached me, it was already 2 weeks later than the expected delivery day, the package was very messed up and the dresser has a chip (1/2 inch) on the front, which I'll bet that it happened during shipping. It's nice that it doesn't require assembly, but the shipping affects the overall quality of the product.I absolutely love this dresser. It came on time in perfect condition. The only thing I don't like is how big the drawer sizes are, I thought they'd be bigger but I still love the dresser itself. The company that delivered it for me was great as well, they helped me carry it inside as i was the only one home. the company furniture creations is also by far the greatest customer service I've dealt with. They lowered their prices after I bought it and gave me 15 days to see if they price lowers even more and I ended up getting 30 dollars back (I purchased the tall dresser as well). Such a great experience with this dresser. Highly recommend.Item arrived with a broken brace (holding a drawer in) from shipping. It was an easy fix for me with some wood glue and on the inside so not noticeable. The repaired drawer works perfectly. Otherwise the dresser is perfect and I love it! The drawers could be a little bigger. the drawers aren't as large as the drawer fronts make them appear. They're several inches smaller. That is my only complaintThis dresser looks great from the outside, but is poorly built, and a few of the drawer handles came warped and misshapen. Serves it purpose and will hold up fine, I was just expecting a little more in terms of construction and workmanship.Arrived with a broken pannelWaiting on response. Several damaged areas. See pics.
